Fed up with Fedex
Delivery promises made and not kept - the only reason given for non delivery on promised day is "Delivery unsuccessful" As the receiver of this package, I sure as nuts know that the delivery was unsuccessful, hence my request for an update on why my package was not delivered as promised. The online tracking system does NOT reflect accurate information
