Fed up with Fedex

Their service has absolutely plummeted since taking over their local representative. I have an incoming parcel that is "stuck" with them here in Johannesburg for two weeks now. After begging and pleading with them they eventually sent me an invoice for the duties which was paid immediately, exactly with the details provided on the invoice. This was 10 days ago and they have still not delivered the package despite numerous phone calls and escalations. Utterly fed up with Fedex. And they have my money! It seems legal action is going to be needed.
