Fed Up With FedEx
My package has been stuck at customs for two weeks now. All i keep getting form FedEx is that they have escalated it. I am actually tired of hearing that now. It takes a minimum of two e-mails before anyone responds. I am highly highly upset as i have clients awaiting items and no one seems to care. What do we pay a small fortune for to ship with them if it takes just as long as the post office?! Ridiculous.
