Fed up with Fed Ex

My parcel has been travelling between Pretoria Orange and Pretoria branch for the past two days now, not sure why. Can't get hold of anyone at Fedex on their landline and tollfree number. I even sent an email and was told that they would respond in 8 hours, I'm still waiting.
