Fed ex depressing service

Fed ex!! My shipment as arrived in sa on october 18. Was informed by tristan noble from fed ex that customs needs clearing instructions then a day later customs needed a freight statment and tristan said he opened up a customs trace on the 23rd after asking for a update tristan said he has sent the documents through and customs as reverted by stopping for an inspection! Today is the 29th tristan as repsoned to be by saying customs needs proof of payment and a freight statment! Also they have used someone elses import code on my shipment! Its so frustrating!!!!
