False weights and measures
FedEx International is shipping a parcel for me that weights 3.08kg. I received an invoice with the VAT from FedEx Express South Africa. The invoice was faulty in that it stated the weight of the parcel as 4.0kg. That is a 30% difference! I requested FedEx Express to correct the invoice and this is the response I received: \FedEx don't charge for the weight of the parcel they charge the Value of the parcel."The invoice is still faulty - why? I have since paid the VAT"
