**** tracking information
Worst company ever! Zero customer service or integrity. Pathetic tracking system! I imported stock from China an their tracking shows that the shipment has landed in Johannesburg on 4 May 2021 at 11:47. I have phoned on a daily basis and I've heard a different story from customer service every time I phoned. The stories range from yous shipment is still in China to Dubai to the tracking system only shows the document tracking not the physical system. I've been importing for more than 20 years and have used TNT / DHL in the past. Be very aware of their incompetence. I'll never use TNT again. Hope this will convince others to use DHL instead of TNT
