FAILING TO DEL ***
Been waiting for our parcel to be delivered ***, would have been escalated last week, called again yesterday, now status changed DELAY - Fail to collect payment - NO ONE FROM FEDEX HAS CONTACTED US.. I cannot get through to their landline, not available, no reply on email... why pay fedex rates??
