Failed EXperience of delivery

Failed EXperience of Delivery.. Should be ZERO stars but they got a 1 for opening a claim.

I was awaiting my daughter's final and most wanted birthday gift. I work from home now and we have had no issues TILL THIS time or because of the carrier.

The package is said to be delivered BUT IS NOT. The driver who is likely the culprit and/ or just plain derelict in duties- provided no delivered to address or "left at" information so proof of delivery is useless. I have made a claim with FedEx and now this review.

Beware. We already have high rates of theft and ****s going on in many places and not much deterrance law wise cause better to let folks take than work. Additionally, no work standards allow for don't care how or if packages arrive to recipient cause well- I got a check. Service was better in so many areas when we paid less. Now..paying more is not fitting motto of "you get what you pay for"

Service is ****. Delivery a fail and I have a delivery from Amazon that is overdue and they sent it FedEx. Businesses need to require better of delivery providers.
