EYEWATERING ACCOUNT

Received and eye watering account of R 7264.95 today for three parcels send from NGC in the US om my account.

I thought that charges were covered by NGC, to my shock, charges was levied on my account on.

Parcels send with a local courier service at a avaerage charge of 67% less than FedEx charges?

It seems to be a free for all and charge what you like. The oldes invoice at 31 July 2024 aged 409 days, how is this possible with a adress and contact number om the waybill, all still in operation.

I must say at first I though this was a Nigerian **** wanting to exstort money from me.

It is truly shamefull that a international carrier operates in this way.

The first that I new of these charges was a collection agent contacting me on Wednesday afternoon and on Thirstday morning requesting full payment on the account.

I need a Senior Accounts Executive to contact me and to discuss this matter.
