Extremely poor service and communication

I've never experienced such disinterest, disorganization and sheer incompetence in my life before. A gift package was sent to me from overseas and they have made me jump through so many hoops to try and get it. Issues that if they read the invoice or communicated with each other at all, would've been fixed immediately. I've been cc'ed into their employee emails, and spoken to multiple service support staff being told the same issue after "fixing" it with the previous. I have had to make dozens of calls and the reason for my package delay is still unclear. I shudder to think what would have happened if I didn't try to take the initiative.

Not only do I still not have my package, but I have zero clue when or if I'll ever see it. The support staff have no idea what happens in their own company and they get annoyed at me for asking for clarification.

Please don't waste your time with them. It's not worth the time and effort. I've never been this frustrated with a company and that is saying a lot! Stay away and use someone else for your own sanity.
