Extremely Poor Customer Service
Its been 5 months and Im still waiting on a package that was send to me from abroad.When I contact the consultant in question ,I get a automated response and when I try to call in she is never available.My package was paid for customs clearing from the sender yet I'm getting all kinds of stories from different departments regarding the delivery of my package.
