Extremely dangerous driving of Fedex express

I just want to express my concern here in Pretoria, South Africa about this driver. The incident occurred around 10h20 this morning on 24 March 2016 in Pretoria East on De Villa Bois Marieul Drive.<br> This is a severe case of reckless driving and I feel the case can not just be left out and unreported and would like some feedback. At an intersection the driver came at a massive speed (the speed limit is 60km/h as it is in a residential area); drove straight over a must-turn lane and almost smashed into my car, I had to do an emergency stop, otherwise the driver of this vehicle would have ran me over.<br> The driver continued to speed; overtaking traffic, where it is in a zone where it is not allowed to even overtake.<br> At a second intersection, the driver did the same. Speed across the must-turn lane, swerved across to get in front of traffic AND skipped a traffic light which was out of order. The driver then turned left on to Atterbury road, where the driver continued to drive and speed aggressively, where he undertook traffic in the EMERGENCY LANE and overtook traffic over a SOLID LINE.<br>
