EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE WORLDWIDE!!
I sent a small parcel from Port Elizabeth to Madrid in Spain on 12th April and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to get there. My daughter is still waiting for her gift!! I have made numerous phone calls to the call centre, getting a different story every time, one time even had the phone put down in my ear. I have phoned Madrid and they seem to be really useless in delivering the parcel on their side. They are now shouting at my daughter saying it is her fault she hasnt got the parcel and it is now going on for nearly a month!! Please people at Fedex, does my daughter have to do your job for you and go an hour or more out of her way to go and collect her birthday gift that I sent a month ago!! I will certainly NEVER be recommending anyone to use Fedex, I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!
