EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY
If we can give them zero stars that would be how we feel. The norm at the moment is 3 weeks delivery if we are lucky. I have a shipment FROM CHINA that was showing delivery to me yesterday, and its not even in the country yet. This is after 2 weeks in transit. If I get it next week I will be lucky it seems. Fedex service and incompetence is so bad for a international company. No words to describe the incompetence. 14 shipments in 2 months that we have the same issue, and just no one can help you. To get a delivery from the warehouse that is 6km from us sometimes takes 5 days, as they just dont have a truck to bring it.
