Extremely bad service and *********** staff!
extremely bad service - I have used many courier companies but Fedex is just the worst of them all!!! *********** people - I have called numerous times since last week Thursday - you literally take hours to get through and when you get through you the staff is *********** and can't assist your correctly.
I have paid for express delivery - I expect to receive express delivery. I have been promised to receive a call from various mangers, Mpho, Melaine Goolam, Leigh Taylor non of which bothered to call me.
It is just impossible getting feedback from Fedex
