Extreme poor service from TNT express
I ordered goods from abroad needed for medical devices that we manufacture. The goods arrived in SA on the 14th of April, the vat and duties was paid for immediately. We supp**** a essential service certificate as required. No delivery so far. This is getting critical for us now. This was supposed to be a express delivery.
