I ordered a unit from Aliexpress. The seller declared the wrong value on the parcel. TNT are now charging me R2000 penalties over and above the Vat and import duties.

I find this totaly unacceptable i did not request the seller put the wrong value on the parcel.

Please can someone from TNT explain what these penalties are for.

Disgusted that there are buisinesses like this operating.

I will definantly never be using your services again after this.
