Express courier at a snails pace

<p>MY husband and i left for Australia on Sunday 14 August. Stupidly enough, we were bound to leave something behind. Our drivers licenses were sitting in my Moms car and we needed them ASAP as we need to buy a vehicle in Melbourne. The package is apparetnly sitting at customs in Melbourne - whom i have tried to reach several times and i get cut off with every single attempt. I have two toddlers - i cannot sit on the ohine all day. I then email the representative my mom used to arrange collection of the parcel in Caoe Town at her residence. I was told that she has no contact with the Melbourne office and that i must contact Omega, who deals with the international department. Shamilah provides no contact details or explanation as to why she cannot query this on my behalf.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid a fair amount to have these items as soon as humanly possible. There really is ZERO after sale service.</p>
