Exploitation of clients at best.

They decided to withhold my parcel which was also withheld by customs for a very long time because the seller/sender under declared the value of the goods..they wanted me to take responsibility of settling all the imposed penalties and charges .after refusing they promised to send the invoice to the sender to settle..now it's been over 5 good months of withholding my parcel and not returning to me with a feedback as promised. When emailing them you're just sent from pillar to post. What a useless courier service.
