Exorbitant Admin Fee on top of shipping & customs

WETEK send me a package and paid all shipping cost in full to TNT Express. Cost of the item is $80(R1128) WETEK paid them $50(R715) for shipping. More than enough to cover all shipping cost and custom duties. This seems right because in the past I have paid between R450-R600 for shipping for goods in this price range and this will include VAT & all duties. <br> ...but I never received this package. TNT send me a ransom note, demanding me to pay R606 for fees. They are claiming that this is all custom fees and charged by customs. After investigating, I conclude that only a R173 of this is VAT (their is no custom duty on electronic goods) and the other R433 is an additional admin fee charged by TNT.<br> I did not appoint you as my agent and I have no contract with you. You have been paid in full and you should deliver. If you refuse to deliver I will demand a refund from WETEK. What you are doing is ******ion. You are bullying your clients customers to make and extra buck and I will not fall for that. If there is no resolution within 48 hours I will post this complaint on every forum I can get my hands on and this will end up in a huge PR blunder not only for you but also your client WETEK
