EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE received from MATHAPELO MELATO
I want to compliment EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I received from MATHAPELO MELATO a consultant at FedEx. My package was stuck at import clearance for 8days! I tried getting assistance from many other consultancies who would only tell me that they are escalating my query. Mathepelo went an extra mile by calling me to give me feedback on the process. Her intervention helped me get my package delivered within 24hrs of speaking to her! Well done Mathapelo! Fedex, you need more consultancies of Mathapelo’s calibre. Keep it up! I am grateful. Thank you once again!
