Excellent service in resolving an issue

Sometimes it really matters who a customer liaises with when dealing with a company. One representative can cause a customer to become so dissatisfied and unhappy, and yet another representative in the same company can make a customer very happy. To cut the story short, I had an issue with my incoming shipment however a customer service representative called, Valdemiro Macome, made sure the issue was resolved and resolved timely. My review is not just about the fact that the issue was resolved, but the excellent service I received throughout the resolution process. In addition, he personally made sure that the item was delivered to my address promptly. Talk about excellent problem solving service, I am so satisfied and I will definitely be using Fedex again.
