EXCELLENT SERVICE BY AMANDA ERICSON

I would like to give a 5 star rating for the only person at FedEx that actually do their job. Thank you to AMANDA ERICSON at FedEx Customer Service for helping me in a time of crisis when no one else seem to know what’s going on. I really appreciate your friendly, kind and professional service, whilst having a highly ****ed off customer (me) at the other end of the line. You listened to me, you promised to help me (while other people just told me sorry, not my job) and you delivered on your promise. I am of strong opinion that some (most) people at FedEx does not know that they are working there, but AMANDA ERICSON is not one of them. AMANDA ERICSON is an absolute ROCK STAR!!! Give this woman a promotion (and a Bells). ??? ?
