Excellent Service
When things go wrong with package deliveries with FedEx, it's normally an uphill battle to sort things out. Today my call was fielded by Lunga Khoza. This lady grabbed the bull by the horns and patched up a conference call with my customer/myself, and the FedEx driver. She got down to the bottom of things in 60 seconds with a solution. This is how it's done.
