EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day,

I was expecting a parcel delivery yesterday which meant I had to take every call that came through. the relevant call came through at around 14h24. I was excited to find out that my parcel was a few minutes away from me, and I was more than impressed that the delivery personnel had the mind to call me to verify my whereabouts before driving to my complex.

It was indeed working hours and I was on lunch. I directed the guy to my location which he is fami**** with and within minutes I could see him trying to locate a stranger inside a restaurant when I waved at him to my table. A polite Gentleman in his glasses greeted me with an accent that I immediately associated with my brothers beyond the South African borders.

Sorry my brother for giving you the wrong citizenship and pronouncing your name wrong. I salute you Mr. Joel Jhinnabhoy (I hope I spelt your surname correctly) for the excellent service rendered and the page of wisdom I tore from your book. I will pay your work ethics, passion and personality forward. I received more than a parcel yesterday, and I am honoured to have been served by you.
