I had an item that needed to be collected. I had completely forgotten the items on two occasions and. I was helped by Ivan Naidoo. Despite me forgetting my items, he still helped me as much as he could and the item was collected today. It is because of people like that, that inspires and will hope to continue dealing with FedEx.
