Excellent communication and top service

On the day my package from the US was out for delivery, there was industrial action at my workplace which meant neither myself nor the Fedex driver could enter the premises. I phoned their offices in Midrand to enquire about changing the delivery address. I was told to send an email with a copy of my id, which I did. The package was delivered to the new address on the very same day. Ii could not have asked for a better experience.
