Entirely Useless company - Fedex

Entirely useless company. If you go to their depot they are ok, but their virtual service is virtually nonexistent. I would definitely not recommend them. Their customer service people do not reply to e-mails, or, if you do send e-mails your get autoresponder messages saying they no longer work there, are on holiday, and so on. Generally useless company.
