Empty promises
On Thursday I received email that my package from Los Angeles have arrived and needed to pay delivery fee which I paid the next day, since I waited the whole day to find out which bank I must use. Friday at 9am I paid the fee. Later the day I was told to pay another fee which I did. Today is Saturday and still waiting! I was promised 24 hr service, twice yesterday promised I would've received yesterday. Late last night I was told I will receive it before 12pm today. I have sent 2 mails this morning and no reply!! Is this the type of service they give their customers. I am highly irate and want answers. I still have all the emails of them giving me empty promises.
