****ed with Fedex
I'm so ****ed with FedEx, they have send me an invoice on the 9th of July 2021 to pay for customs duty and vat together with the penalty fine of Customs, which I did and i send a proof of payment to Koketso immediately after payment. No response from her whatsoever , I had to resend a follow up email for any feedback then nothing. Then on the 15th I called FedEx only to tell me they haven't received the payment. I paid every send on the invoice that was sent to me. Even now whenever I track down my parcel it says unable to collect payment, what payment are you talking about. You have sent me an invoice then I paid , what should I pay. Please do your job. Tracking ***
