Duty was over charged and I have not received my refund

If I could I would give them a negative star. Its been 5 months am still waiting for my refund to be processed after I was charged more duty than I should have paid. Sometimes they dont even respond to my emails and its frustrating because I asked them to sort out the duty amount issue and they said I should pay and they will process a refund from the 1st of June till now no refund has come through.

Up to this day FedEx has not called or emailed. After they apologised and said someone will call.
