Durban North FedEx Full of Rude Idiots

FEDEX Durban North Branch an Absolutely ****ing disgrace. I’m always importing products from the U.S and my preferred courier service WAS FedEx.. Well after today you can go **** yourself. I’ve been having issues with them for quite sometime now. Today at 13:33 I received an SMS stating SORRY WE MISSED YOU, Meaning they attempted delivery and yet I did NOT receive a phone call or anything. So I drove to FedEx fuming and was met with more disrespect. There is a rude ass indian lady working by the front desk. She was giving me attitude and requested I stand in front of the camera so she can take a photo of me for security reasons, however there was a guy in front of me that didn’t have to stand in front of the camera because he was in a different racial group. So you’ll are *****s and ******s. Won’t be using your service ever again. She was also rolling her guys when I told her NO courier came to my address, what rude people working at the Durban North FedEx, and this isn’t just the durban north branch even your online support is unhelpful and rude. I requested your online customer care representative to change minor details, she said she did however nothing was changed. Anyone reading this review on the 24/10/2024 Only use FedEx if you’re willing to deal with ****s, *****s and Rude People.
