Driver turns back with parcel yet he is same road

I received a call from *** and your guy didnt give his name.<br> He was to deliver a parcel for me not so long ago. He was a kilometer away from my house in Ekenhof (Joburg south) but got lost. After my hubby directed him, he said he wont come as driving up the road will take him out of his jurisdiction?????? WHAT ******* is that but he is already on the same road????? The robots he was at, we can see out our window but he turned back from there. Is this how your service in delivery works, you measure places by rulers? You are pathetic, is it maybe that you have too much business, well we will move to other courier services and give you space to breath since you are full of *******. Your driver cant even use discretion, having driven all the way already just to turn back in pathetic and waste of petrol but I figure he did turn back because your stupid management tracks the cars and you will punish him for driving more.
