Driver throwing ******* out the window of vehicle

I witnessed a FedEx Express van drivers throw his lunch bag (steers) and plastic coke bottle out of his window of the vehicle he was driving. <br> <br> I hooted at the driver to say that that is 'not okay' to litter.<br> The driver put his hand out the window and gestured me to basically f...k off a number of times. <br> At which point I indicated to him I was taking a photo of his vehicle and license. <br> <br> Not okay attitude. <br> <br> Date Friday 30th January<br> Time 12:21<br> Location End Street Johannesburg<br> License plate BV 21 WJ GP
