Driver demanded money for customs upon delivery of my parcel
I just want to know if it's standard practice for FedEx delivery drivers to collect money for customs upon delivery? The company did not notify me in advance about the customs money, I only learned about it form the driver. And he said they don't take card payments. I have never experienced this with DHL. It was my first time using fedex. I just find it strange that drivers collect cash on behalf of companies. And why was I not informed about this beforehand
