Dreadful service by FedEx
<p>Driver went to the wrong address. When he finally arrived he provided bad service in handing over the parcel. For a week now I have been trying to get hold of someone responsible at FedEx to discuss this with, but all I get is'The parcel was delivered'. What an uncaring company! </p>
