Don't use TNT for business imports.

I spend well over R1mil a year on shipping. We moved from DHL to TNT since the service from DHL was terrible. What a mistake. TNT just doesn't seem to give a damn about the amount of money we as small business spend flying in shipments to have stock in our stores. it takes 3 days for the shipment to arrive from anywhere in the world to SA. Once in SA you will wait 3-6 weeks to get your shipment. Why i just don't know.

I paid Duties and Taxes on the 28th of November for my latest shipment, this means it's been cleared by customs, duties are paid and all TNT has to do is deliver my stock. Up until today no one could actually tell me where my shipment is. Elandsfontein is an absolute joke. My emails went unanswered for 5 days. Forget about phoning, no one will pick up the phone.

It's a sad state of affairs at TNT, the wheels seem to have completely come off and no one gives a damn. Back to DHL we go.
