Dont use FedEx if you are going for job interview
This is madness! A parcel can not take one week to reach a customer, you should have listed your service with SA postal service than calling yourselves a courier company. You even have guts to write extremely urgent to the envelope, what a shame! I used your service on 16 March and only got the parcel today 24 March 2021. This parcel was supposed to reach me on 17 or 18 since I wanted the documents to be submitted as part of my job interview, You idiots cost me a job now!
