Don't use Fedex for your next shipment.
I shipped a package from Canada to South Africa on 6 July 2020. It is now 11 Aug 2020 and the package has not been delivered in South Africa. This is the worst shipper I have dealt with by far. When I contact Customer service they don't even reply to a simple request for an update. Don't use Fedex for your next shipment.
