Don't use FedEx express for your Shein packages

Everything went well with my shipment from China until Tuesday. The driver called from a wrong location asking about my address which was clearly stated as he confirmed on my package. He said he's on his way and 10 minutes away. Two hours later, I called to find out where he was and he said his car broke down. I offered to meet him where he was (as he was in the neighborhood) so I could collect my parcel and he refused. Hours later I called him and he said it's late, he can only deliver the next day (this was around 5pm). On Wednesday, yesterday I called him and he said he's off. Today is Thursday and still no communication or delivery of my parcel.
