FedEx = Useless

Two boxes has been sitting in Johannesburg for more than 3 weeks.

Consistent emailing and phoning them for the above mentioned period has now come to a point where ONE out of TWO parcels have been released.

On the shipment information which is visible, mention TWO SHIPMENT PARCEL. They have not submit the same documents for the second parcel, guess who have to instruct them to do it... YOU, THE CUSTOMER, MUST INSTRUCT WHAT THEY SHOULD DO NEXT SINCE THEY CANNOT DO THEIR OWN JOB.

Don't use FedEx, they expect you to do their job for them, but still expect you to pay them.

They email you without attachments, never email you the invoice, email your submitted documents back and claim it is their documents.

USELESS COMPANY, deserve NO stars...
