DONT USE FEDEX
I am shocked at the level of bad service we are receiving with them.
We are waiting for a parcel to be released from customs since 11 September 23
called the customer help line and the person Senzi was so unhelpful and basically said she has no idea why or when my parcel will be released.
All I want is some information and this parcel is extremly urgent.
