Don’t use FedEx.
I can highly recommend FedEx if you’re looking for a company with poor customer service, lack of accountability, and if you never want to receive your package 👍

07 Aug 2025, 09:04We haven’t received any feedback over the last 3 weeks (since 14 July). Now you’re telling me my items have been taken to state warehouse. Nobody has informed me of the parcel being moved to state warehouse prior to this. When was it moved there? Is it being destroyed? I didn’t give permission for my items to be destroyed. We have not received any information regarding this. Calls are still not being answered and emails ignored.
Tracking info states that the parcel is still at FedEx in Kempton Park.
