Don’t use FedEx!!!!!

FedEx has kept my shipment with them for over a month. They **** to me saying they are communicating with the suppliers to pay for taxes. Last night I received an invoice stating an exorbitant amount that needs to be paid. Saying I need to pay for it and saying that there’s no where it states the suppliers need to pay after they had told me the suppliers agreed to pay. The ladies from FedEx that I spoke to, Lebo and Olga, act like they don’t want to do their job. The story is very long, but but I’ve been seeing many people complain about FedEx South Africa. It is as bad as everyone says. This is stock for my business they’re withholding. Pure **** service. I’m extremely frustrated.
