DONT EVER consider using them

I so wish there was a minus rating, heaven knows it would be at the furthest point possible. After a month and a half STILL no resolve. Utterly *********** staff who takes more than a week to respond to something, you submit what they asked for - only to be called and asked for it 'while they are looking at the email that includes it', then the same thing gets asked a few days later. Never answers phones. Managers unavailable. I have had an irate customer because of these idiots - Ive had to place another order for exactly the same product and had to make sure it was shipped through Aramex - who had it delivered yesterday, literally took them just over a week from start to finish. At this stage I have no idea if I will ever see the product I paid for. Run by *****s. Stay far, far away - you too are going to lose money at a time that nobody has money to lose. Its a god damn shame.
