Don't bother with FedEx! They really don't care!! Seriously!!
We have a account with FedEx but since this 9 this morning you have not answered your phones, I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes on 3 occasions! You obviously don't need our business and I will be contacting our head office to cancel our account with you!! Very very unprofessional for a courier company!! What if my parcel was urgent?
