Donot!!!! Use tnt !! No customer service

Tnt is absolutely ridiculous, my package is lying in the airport from last week , every day one of the agents tells me tomorrow i will receive it yet today an agent tells me it hasnt cleared customs, on top of that no1 in customs clearance picks up. So frustrated and upset , why do we pay Express to get this type of service
