Don't care attitude

<p>Spree team leader Simone told me they don't make delivery arrangements with spree customers when I ask about my delivery. She said spree pay them so they only make arrangements with spree. I must call spree who I paid. This is after I was told by 3 of their consultants that my parcel will be delivered today. I was only to get the drivers details as advised by one of the consultants last night. *********** spree can stay with their *********** courier company. I will never ever do business with them. </p>
