DO NOT USE THEM!!
There should be a minus rating for this absolutely **** company. Their customer service is nonexistent, how the hell one gets anyone to actually communicate with you I have no idea. Never answers phones. Do not reply to emails. You wait for literally 4 hours (I wish I was exaggerating) for a virtual assistant while the damn thing keeps on saying your are nr 1 in line - nothing. I have an angry customer whom I have to refund and god alone knows when or if ever I will get my parcel out of these useless imbeciles.
